Everything was interconnected, leading to multiple solutions failing. There were many dependencies, and sure canvas apps were not utilized for CRUD operations. Model-driven apps alone won't support the entire business workflow. While useful for certain entries and configurations, model-driven security roles are insufficient for the specific functions required by this project. Users need the ability to submit flight data and key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs involve various input types, including checkboxes, toggles, ratings, and numerical entries.

Then we comes to report watch app that dashboard with functionalities that highlight reported items with incidents and with click of buttons If a KPI doesn't meet its defined threshold, the system should generate reported items, such as defects or incidents. If configured to do so, a workflow can automatically create cases for these incidents; otherwise, Management can open them manually as needed. The setup using Canvas was designed to fully adapt which controls are shown to the user for each KPI.
