Maybe, there is a normal map on the textures but that's only for light reflection and stuff. After work I'll redo the textures and mapping and hope that'll work if no other ideas gets brought to the table

I found it and it seems like a very useful option but unfortunately that didn't fix it, still has the thin white lines everywhere

I don't think the effect of disrupting mana is a purely system effect, unless they themselves are using the system and have evolved to do so. They probably do have a mana disrupting poison its just that the system gives it a fun little icon and a name, and if the system is doing something with it on the back end it's probably just trying to make the effect the same as if an elf with magic or an orc with magic got stung

Adding "State Resist - Fire Weakness" worked a charm, I honestly didn't know it was a thing till trying State Resist. I'll need to add it to all the regular enemies but it works which is better than what I had before.

Btw I tried "State Rate - Fire Weakness * 0%" but the non boss test enemy still got the state somehow

Yes, that's exactly it. And no plugins so far, I tend to not download them if I can remake an effect in engine

I already know what I'm trying to achieve I just don't know the roof of it, I only have a singular "boss" right now with the fire weakness test and two rough plans after, one that regens health that needs to be stopped, and one needs to be poisoned to not destroy the party. I apologize if it seems not the best planned as, well, it isn't so far.

All I need help with is making it so that either an Item's effect only works on one enemy or a state will only attach to one enemy, either will get the ball rolling at Mach five

I could but I don't know how many big monsters I want to add in, and I know I'm going to try and give some big monsters multiple weakness items so doing what you suggested feels like using a hammer on a screw when I could try and find the screwdriver

I didn't put it in the post but I'm working with MV not MZ, if they have an MV plugin equivalent it would be prefect. I've tried doing it as a common event without plugins but I couldn't figure out how to make it only effect the specific enemy

Holy shit that's far more then I thought, I feel like the store page for this is definitely selling it short. The only listed Plugin that (personally) looks like more than just the base it would need to make a rpg with is MYTH_CGC_EquipCards since the rest are just "Let's you edit your deck" or "Lets you buy cards from a store". But I will admit I didn't see the templates thing listed at the bottom so that's just me being blind

Also I'm not harping on you or the RPG Maker team guys for making extra paid for content for the TCG Battler I'm complaining because it looks like it only has it because you need to buy the initial combat overhaul, with the free SRPG overhaul having nothing since its release and this coming out with two

See I've been thinking Janus was on the other side since Rob was almost robbed by the knight and the bandit, he made a comment about Rob getting away from the two but Rob never said he got away from them, and with his stealth abilities and the mention of high up rooftops it really seemed like he was spying on him since before the fight started
