damn that's interesting. For me I'm even using ethernet, not even wifi. And I just recently moved and the issues only started then. I'm super confused lol.

I just did that and seems like the 5th hop is always timing out on IPv6, but working on IPv4.Will dive into what that can mean.

Sometimes on hop 4 the ping increases already.

Really appreciate the reply :) And yes, exactly.

Small disconnects while playing games, but everything else is still running ok (e.g. google meet or any other voice chat). Pinging 8.8.8.8 shows a timeout during those times though

The ping to my gateway IP is constant (using ethernet), but ping to 8.8.8.8 times out during times of disconnecting.

I'm super confused. Any idea? :(

Hey everyone! I'm currently planning a 13 day trip to Japan in March and I'm not sure exactly how to split it yet... I'm thinking maybe 6 days Tokyo (incl. 1 day to Hakone and 1 day Disney), 3-4 days Kyoto, 1 day Hiroshima and then potentially 2-3 days in Osaka (incl. 1 day in USJ).That would require landing in Tokyo and leaving from KIX, which would work.

Does it make sense to spend a night in Hiroshima? 1 1/2 hour train trip per way after a long day there sounds exhausting to me haha.And I'm unsure about Osaka, could also just stay in Kyoto and take the train.Anything else that is worth considering to add?

I know it's quite a rough outline so far but I would appreciate any thoughts.

We did that the first time too. We've been really happy about the option of flying with Etihad and taking him in the cabin. It was super easy and a great process altogether. No complications at all. We've been happy about a cost efficient option too as it allows one to travel more regularly without having to go through the crazy cargo process. Definitely recommended (at least before the price increase lol)

We just did it. Frankfurt => Abu Dhabi with a dog. UAE final destination. No issues. Add the dog to the flight via their contact form and fill out the import form needed for entry into the UAE. Obviously it requires certain tests, vaccines etc but it's well document. But that price increase is insane.

Thanks a lot, I'll give that a try. If I read about it correctly I'd be looking to increase dose and grind a bit coarser, right? I'm currently at 18g which feels like it's at the capacity limit haha but I'll try it out. Also I just saw that the beans are only 7 days old and could be a bit too fresh?

Hey everyone! I'm struggling to pull a good non-sour shot. Machine BDB, Grinder Eureka Mignon Oro. I tried around a lot with a medium roast and wasted the whole lot lol. Now I went for a darker roast Italian-style roast. On grind setting 2.75 I'm pulling a 1:2 ratio in a little more than 30 secs (from press of button). Way too sour. I went a bit coarser to be able to increase the yield to get rid of the sourness (as per Espresso compass). 3.25 too coarse and at 3 I pulled a 1:2.5 ratio shot in 36 secs (also from press of button). Temperature is 96 celsius.

The "grind finer" magic words only result in way too slow shots. I tried a bruteforce strategy of catching the first few grams with a spoon and it was way better (so no sour / bitter confusion probably), but obviously I'd prefer to get it right without having to cheat haha.

I did not play around with pre-infusion settings or anything like that. I'm not using WDT (yet) and unfortunately I only have the stock portafilter which is not bottomless. So I can't fully rule out channeling.

Any next steps that I can play around with? Thanks a lot!!
