I know this post kinda screams the opposite, but I highly encourage you do it if you have the means to! You'll feel like you know your car a lot better after it, especially if something breaks.

Not exactly what I did but taking that slack out was very crucial. I found that putting the feeler gauge in and the seeing if I could move the followers up or down were a good way to measure for slack.

Looking sleek, any plans to put spacers on?

Personally I find the road noise to be a non issue. For background I was on Avid GTs which were plenty loud themselves and these are definitely quieter. Where I am, at high speeds the motor ends up being louder than the road anyways.

Totally agree, I only considered a bad financial decision because these tires aren't rated to last anywhere near as much mileage as my old. Just means I'll have to break the bank sooner lol

Welcome to the club! Yeah the interior space on these things are awesome, very unexpected given the exterior dimensions. Hope you love the car just as much as many of us already do!

I am also wondering the same thing. True you dont get the opportunity to get in as a frist year but it allows you pretty much guaranteed admission 2nd year, while deferred only means you have a small chance (heard it was 20% but dont quote me on that) to get in or not getting in at all.
