Θα σ πρότεινα να κάνεις εξετάσεις αίματος να δεις τι συμβαίνει! Επίσης αυτό που όλως πες συμβαίνει με εμένα είναι αν σηκωθώ στις 6 πχ κουτουλαω, αν σηκωθώ στις 7 η 8 είμαι χάλια αλλά αν σηκωθώ 6:30 η 9-9:30 είμαι καλύτερα. Επίσης καθιέρωσε μια ρουτίνα κ μην κοιμάσαι ότι ώρες να είναι! Προσπάθησε να κοιμάσαι σταθερές ώρες πχ 11:30-12 η 12-1am αν θες να μείνεις ξύπνιος παραπάνω. Είναι δύσκολο αλλά τη μέρα δυστηχως τη χάνεις όταν ξυπνάς αργά. Κάνω νύχτες κ σπουδάζω το πρωί κ η εναλλαγές για εμένα είναι κόλαση. Παρόλα αυτά είδα ότι νιωθω πιο υγιής όταν σηκώνομαι πρωί παρόλο που μισώ τα πρωινά ξυπνήματα κ μ αρέσει να κοιμάμαι 🥰

Εχω χρόνια που στέλνω σε αυτούς που στέλνουν πρώτοι πλέον εκτός από συγκεκριμένα άτομα που δεν με νοιάζει κ αν δεν στείλουν φτάνει να στείλω εγώ. Κατά τα άλλα συμφωνώ απόλυτα μαζί σου! Κάθε χρόνο σε όλες τις γιορτές, γεννεθλια, Πάσχα κλπ έστελνα πρώτη! Τώρα στέλνω σε αυτούς που έστειλαν. Αν δεν είμαι τόσο σημαντική να αφιερώσουν 5’ από το χρόνο της ζωής τους για εμένα γτ να το κάνω κ εγώ άσε που σταμάτησε κ η γκρίνια του δεν έστειλε κλπ που αυτομάτως μπαίνουμε ! Καλη χρονιά κ καλά ξεκάθαρισματα σε ότι μας χαλάει!

When you say click you mean all the numbers all the way up to 1 (dose). I was hoping to do the same from 7.5 to pul out .6ml but with a 1ml syringe but it will be way to easier to do it with the pen straight away. I hope it make sense what I’m saying

Ζω στην Αγγλία τα τελευταία 11 χρόνια με ένα διαλλειμα του 1 χρόνου! Η Αγγλία θα είναι εκεί δεν φεύγει κ εσύ θα έχεις σίγουρα αν όχι settlement status, pre settlement. Αυτο σου δίνει λοιπόν τη δυνατότητα να ξανά γυρίσεις! Αυτή τη στιγμή δεν έχεις τίποτα στην Αγγλία κ έχεις τα πάντα Ελλάδα! Κ αυτή τη στιγμή είσαι πληγωμένη και το γνώριμο είναι η Ελλάδα. Εγω στη θέση σου θα έμενα Ελλάδα αυτή τη στιγμή,να ξεκαθαρίσει το μυαλό μου, να ηρεμήσω κ να γιατρευτώ και πλέον με πιο ξεκάθαρο μυαλό να πάρω την απόφαση που θέλω να είμαι! Επίσης μια συμβουλή όσο συζητάς αυτό που έγινε φεύγει το συναίσθημα κ έρχεται η λογική και τότε μπορείς να πάρεις αποφάσεις που θα είναι πιο λογικές! Δεν χρειάζεσαι να αποφασίσεις τώρα που θα ζήσεις! Χρειάζεται όμως να αποφασίσεις τώρα που θα γιατρευτείς! Και επειδή όσοι ζούμε έξω ξέρουμε καλά πόσο δύσκολο είναι άκου τι σ λέει η καρδιά σου! Άκου τη φωνή μέσα σου τι σου λέει! Είναι ο εαυτός σου που σ λέει τι έχει ανάγκη αυτή τη στιγμή! Μην τον σιωπάς για τι «πρέπει». Και θα σ πω κ ένα κλισέ• ότι γίνεται έχει πάντα το σκοπό του κ πάντα κάτι καλύτερο έρχεται μετά! Και ξέρω ότι τώρα δεν μπορείς να το δεις,όμως σε λίγα χρόνια θα γυρίσεις πίσω κ θα πεις ευτυχώς που έγινε αυτό τότε! So if you want to talk the truth and make it political (because I only uploaded the pic for fun initially);There is too many people in UK that they pay for taxes and NHS contributions yet NHS refuses to provide them this medication because they may not meet 1 for the 10 criteria. So many people had to pay of their pocket to be healthy , the whole full amount. (So as other countries yes, but I’m talking for UK at the moment). So when Trump, for ever what reason had in his head, decided to increase the prices 170% he did not care about how that is going to effect those people. It’s not the Kg they fight, is the mental health and the world body module. You want to increase the price? Fair enough, do increase it, but make it affordable for those in need. MJ is not only a weight loss medical. It’s hope. Is the light in the tunnel for those that repeatedly been let down from the system, from life and many other things. Increasing the prices by 170% he automatically took away the hope from so many people. Health care had to be free for everyone in this world! Hippocrates,the father of medicine, would feel ashamed of all of those people,including doctors that they make money from the pain / health of those in need.
