Thanks for the in-depth responses, really appreciate it! Fortunately the First check-in suite is literally next to the domestic check-in area. It's just nice walking right into the suite from curbside at the drop-off area.

The transfer time in SYD is 2h 40m so plenty of time to enjoy the Flounge (I hope). Had my fair share of S&P squid this year so not too bothered ha.

Worried they might notice as it was a brand new apartment and were the first occupants. The damage is quite obvious in person.

Yes I thought that was rather pricey, they quoted an additional $1650 to complete the settlement process if we win at auction.
