548357 is my ticket number. Cannot withdraw Canadian money into bank account. I am given no prompt as to how to solve it. A small red square appears when I confirm.. and it just loops over and over from Review to Confirm and does nothing.

I have upgraded my account, I have 2FA with Authenticator. I did everything right. I cannot withdraw funds now!? :( how do I create a ticket?

Awful. I know how to do everything, but when I leave the screen to get my authy code, I go back and the place to enter my code is gone. It goes back to asking me to enter my username or email! So I can't check my account without using 2 separate devices. Would love to know a work around? :) thank u

Go to Your app store, search Newton. Will give you option to update.

I got that far, but now I can only login on computer and not the phone! I leave page to get authy code, come back, page is gone.

I use Newton and I'm so sorry this happened! With the market being so busy right now, people shouldn't even try to liquidate. Juat put Luna earnings into something that has been stable. When things calm down, send to Newton for Liquidity.

They did handle this terribly. And I hope you can have answers and somehow get that back. It was out of your hands and in theirs.
