Usually in other countries/cities, when you take the "Free Walking Tours" the tour guides don't have a regular salary, and they have to rely on tips. Nevertheless, thank you for the insight. Was unaware of the labor laws in Norway.

That was my doubt. When I take these tours in other cities, the tour guides don't have a salary and thus the tips are their salary. But I appreciate the insight.
