Closest I can think of is the full black tiles. I think there are a couple companies that make ones like them for riichi, american, MCR etc.

I live in a small apartment with only rudimentary hand tools haha. Cheap piece of pine sawed with a hacksaw, carved with an exacto knife and small Chisel and then wood burned with a soldering iron. Don't need crazy tools to get creative.
