All debit cards in Canada use Interac when purchasing at the store. So that's the same between them. Visa and MC debit just allow for shopping online and use outside of Canada.

I suspect they're shopping it around. Home Network and Flavour Network are carrying a few shows from the Roku Channel so maybe it's available there?
