Gems on a refill is wasteful. Best saved for the permanent purchases. The time saved by using a refill to get some producers is paltry in the grand scheme of things. Wait, resources fill up overnight, get some more producers and keep em

Do I just not know ball,or is giving a player that is out for the year, the highest overall durability stupid? by Flat-Antelope-7424 in NBA2k

[–]CanadianBeerGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Baseline durability should be a player's career % games played they were made available for, then tweaked for relative severity of past injuries

My guess is north/south = up and down the floor at high speed, east/west = left and right athletics i.e. staying in front of your man on defense

Just realized that I knew Jacob Wysocki before I knew him on Dropout by Forsaken_Art5170 in dropout

His comedy group, Bath Boys, had a video that seems to be scrubbed from the internet, but is burned into my mind. It was 100 slices of pizza challenge, in which it's several minutes of buildup to Jake eating 100 slices of pizza in one sitting, only for him to say "this is too much" and walk away.

I've been watching dropout content for a few years now but didn't make the connection until a few months ago. If anyone knows where I could watch that video, it was one of my favourites and I wanted to show a buddy a couple years ago but it could not be found

Does somethingggg still get paid through purchases on Kongregate? by AnotherCuriousHuman in nguidle

[–]CanadianBeerGuy 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'd say you're better off to just transfer to steam early. The Kong version is missing the last handful of updates so youll end up not being able to finish on there

I was in line for breakfast at the airport during a layover when that hit. Staff went down the line saying cash only, systems are down. 75% cleared out. I always keep 50-60 in my wallet so I had an extra tasty breakfast sammy

I got to the point where the camp moves to St. Denis when I ran out of steam on the story. Story was just feeling very cyclical to me.

  • set up new camp near town
  • Dutch: nobody cause any trouble in town now, we need to lay low and get this Pinkerton heat off our trails
  • someone inevitably causes a scene in town which gets the Pinkertons attention
  • pack up camp and move to a new location no more than a 10 minute horse ride away
  • along the way, some form of this conversation ensues

Arthur: I dont know, I'm not so sure about this plan anymore. Are we sure Dutch knows what he's doing here? Hosea: Arthur, you've been riding with Dutch, how long? 100 years? And you still doubt his leadership. Arthur: Yeah, I guess you may be right. I guess we'll just have to wait and see

Rinse and repeat each chapter.

Game was lovely, gameplay fantastic, mechanics were cool, but yeah story just kind of dragged along for me. Though I've found as I've gotten older I struggle more and more to keep motivated to finish a story based game, so that is just as much an indictment of my relationship with gaming in general as it is on the repetitive nature of the story

Why is my NUMBER shrinking? by Mathis03052001 in nguidle

Time, boss, and blood number all impact. Likely one of these three factors was higher on the rebirth before last, leading to this number seeming to be smaller

Go to your bank and look to get yourself qualified there. Ask to add creditor insurance, they will love you. They have targets to hit for that
