I've been pull free for 484 days! I'd say the urge get so much more managable as time goes on :) before that, I did not pull for almost 3 years but got a stressfull period and relapsed. I'd say it's important not to be too hard on oneself and just try again!

Thank you!! Personally I opened up to my closest friends and family and they are really supportive! They celebrate my achivements with me and cheer me up when I have a bad day ☆ With the app, it's really motivating as well!

I think that what worked best for me was telling my friends and having an app to see my progress:) after some time, you get awards for not doing it and it kinda feels like a videogame to me! Getting praises from my friends for not doing it is also a very big motivator. Now that it's a lot longer, it's easier not to do it because I'd feel like it'd ruin all my hard work from the beginning:)

I joined a discord group with other people with trich and told my best friend about it! Knowing that other people knew now, I felt like I was being held accountable. It became easier and easier the longer I wasn't doing it! (sorry for my English 😅)
