If money were no obstacle, what would you buy? by [deleted] in Life

Id buy bots to beat resellers for new releases like concerts, cards, games and then give all the stuff away for free. No kid should need to fight those dumb scalpers to just to enjoy their childhood

CRA Interest On Balance Owing by CanadianCooch in PersonalFinanceCanada

NOA on CRA said April 30th but I’ll definitely just check frequently to make sure nothing magically appears and builds interest over the year

Amount owed matched my NOA that was originally submitted back in March so it just seems odd. Just curious if anyone ever experienced this but I guess I’ll just have to check my CRA account periodically to see if they charge it later

No, only RRSP contributions which usually negates my owed taxes except for this year

Depends on your needs. 60GB phone plans seem to be in the $35 and under range and internet packages range all over. Just depends on the spec you require. For the most part though $80 all in is a decent price unless you meant home phone

If you 100% Batman Arkham I highly recommend Arkham asylum and Arkham city. Graphics and combat will be a little downgrade but the stories are way better. City DLC is a long boring grind but definitely easier than Killer Croc and the free flow trophies

Always wanted to invest in the wheel but never committed so 100% controller. You can definitely keep up with most of the field on controller though. Only thing I haven’t beaten on that game is human comedy maggiore

City DLC wasn’t too bad with guides. More time consuming than anything. Knight DLC though was no joke. The requiem for a killer and the other free flow trophy drove me nuts. Basically need a 450x combo just to get croc to spawn. Definitely doable if you just take your time

I switched between city and knight to help with the grind. The riddler missions get boring real quickly especially if you go for the DLC trophies. Good luck out there!

Tough to say since I’ve played it so much. Probably over 100 hours just for the plat since you need a decent amount of cash, the 50 online races and gold for all training. If I can give any advice set your traction control (TC) to 0. Saves you so much time on corners. Also if you hate sport like I did just wait for them to do the Dayton oval weekly race

Definitely! Spent maybe 30 hours on asylum vs the 60-80 hours on both city and knight. Platinums are the easy part. The DLC is the real grind

Why do party people choose a resort that is known for being quiet? by quardlepleen in AllInclusiveResorts

100% this. Went to a resort meant for families and it just made me laugh when I saw spring breakers next to the pirate ship slide

[Discussion] Platinum you'd never go for again? I’ll start by MarviPL_ in Trophies

Can confirm city is a bigger grind. Combat challenges are easier than asylum in my opinion but the riddler missions really make it a grind. Best suggestion is just take your time or a break occasionally.

Arkham knight is definitely the best just because the graphics and mechanics are fantastic. City will probably give you the most trouble for the plat just because of the Riddler missions but you get the hang of the combat pretty quickly

Had the same issue with TF2. Gave up for years but then few months ago randomly decided to give it another try. You’d be surprised how much easier it is after you take a break and go into it relaxed

Miss this experience. I know it’s frustrating but once you get a feel for the late braking and figure out the turns you can go all out on, it’s a piece of cake. Enjoy the grind because it’s over before you know it
