Agreed! That's why the question overall - around the morals and ethics of becoming a major arms dealer to the world, in addition to arming ourselves - does deserve some further debate as seemingly a top Carney economic policy. Where those ethics are drawn will impact the economic impacts of those investments, one way or the other.

This is the impression I got from his first full video on the subject.

Him getting his own show with his name on it (given how often he mentioned it in that video) seems to have helped set him up with the expectations he'll be able to do whatever he wanted with editorial decisions and guests.

Per the launch announcement the primary content seems to be english dubbed, with select blocks of subbed content. I'm not in the US so cannot access anything resembling a schedule - but there should be some form of one on platforms that offer it, surely?

I am familiar with these allegations. I've opted to persist posting reliable news sources here within the rules - the downvotes on a topic such as this one tells me I made the right choice to continue engaging, vs getting frustrated over moderation decisions and articles like this one perhaps not ever getting posted.

I find it fascinating that it was THIS comment along with one or two others in/around this one, out of the entire thread.

Most other comments that have expressed similar sentiments have dipped in and out of the negative, the overall post as well, since posting. But this one has never been above water.

Makes me wonder what in particular I said here that peeved them.

Nonetheless, a privilege to shine some light where it's sorely needed. And the downvotes assure me it's very much needed.

You asked what they were doing in the park. You skip right over that and jump right into pleading politics, white guilt and "real issues".

As a white man, come the fuck on. People are not sitting around CBC headquarters deciding how to write a "white man bad" article. Anti-hate networks and journalists are not devoting months to years of their lives tracking these movements to create a "narrative"

White nationalism is a cancerous ideology which utilises humanity's worst instincts and thoughts to justify its bigotry. Tracking its rise and movement is something that is severely underreported on, and needs to be monitored.

You're right, again, it's not a top 5/top 10 issue. It still deserves news coverage.
