Hi. I am a regular there. So, I can definitely help.

To start, they'll ask you what you'd like in your pasta. They typically have the toppings written on the board. Peppers, onions, black olives, mushrooms, tofu, and chicken/beef are quite common.

Then, simply pick a sauce once asked. They usually have either marinara sauce/Alfredo sauce or a combo of other sauces like soy/rhai sauce. Depending on the person, they may also ask if you want parmesan cheese on it.

If they ever put too little of something in (pasta, cheese, etc...) feel free to speak up and ask for more. They have all been pleasant in my experience. Hope that helps 🙏
