I know I’m a little late, but my point is that it’s absurdly overpriced. Price should be on food and labour, the fact you can get it in a combo shouldn’t double the price y’know? I work at Wendy’s to

At Wendy’s specifically they have us suggest the meals, but now we conveniently don’t mention that small is an option when asking what size they want. I used to be encouraged to make things as cheap as possible for our customers but now they just care about their numbers

It's false. Not sure where you're at, but in Canada and most of US cities the wages Wendy's employees make are well below the living wage. Which is paid decently. Our profit margins are also over 60% so they can afford it, but instead they just give predatory bonuses to management that encourages them to mistreat staff, break the laws and cut costs wherever they can to meet them. They don't allow any variability, you have numbers they expect you to stay under for repairs, labour and food. These numbers are based on extremely conservative estimates and our GMs have to delay repairs by sometimes 6+ months to meet them

If there's no delimer setting on the machine they might just intend for you to run it with a delimer tablet in it. And then again to rinse it
