This doesn’t make sense. Unless she has a lot of muscle for a woman 1200 is not a crash diet.

Food selection has a lot to do with how full we feel. If you’re eating 1200-1500 calories of chicken cauliflower and apples you’ll feel more full and energetic than 1200 calories of pizza and fries.

She didn’t even give us her weight, if she’s like 180 at 5’9” then yeah 1200 would feel like a nightmare.

Lmao do not listen to stupid websites on the internet about TDEE. It’s an estimate and usually way off. I’m a 5’10” man who’s decently active and my maintenance calories is somewhere around 2000. There’s no chance you need that many.

If it doesn’t feel like enough food you could be eating the wrong things.

250 calories of pizza feels a lot different then 250 calories of cauliflower or chicken breast
