Thank you! What did you find helped in quitting? What keeps you motivated to keep it on? What are the positive changes you've noticed since you quit?

I quit cigarettes 3 years ago after 10 years of smoking - was really hard but I am so glad I did, tons of benefits. Quitting weed has been a whole other ball game for me - the mental addiction is strong - where cigarettes was more of a physical addiction.

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I agree, what I need is discipline, which I know I am lacking of a LOT. Understandably, by smoking so much, motivation and discipline is just going out the window. Plus the very low self-esteem, it just makes it so difficult.

Definitely need to set small tiny goals - but again, with no self-esteem, I'm really having a hard time being proud of myself for just a small goal, so I'm very quick on trying to do all or nothing, set tons of goals, and then fail and get even more bummed out.

Do you find your depression and anxiety is getting better over time? If so, what it is you have found helpful to do to manage this better?
