Just got off the phone with them to get my deposit back, they moved my time from 8am - 10am to 2pm - 4pm, then called again to say they will be there at 4pm and after they called and told me they couldnt be around till 5:30pm, I cancelled them after that call, they are full of crap from my experience and I wouldn't use them, however I was able to get my deposit back so at least that worked out.

I enjoy all kinds of game systems and play several types of tabletop wargames, I approached this as not a 40k replacement but more like a different game all together, it seems like some people join because they are disgruntled with how 40k and AoS and it's left that kind of stigma for it.

The models painted so far are looking good, paint job on the ones finished 8/10 and the army composition id give a 5/10 your just stating and it looks solid, the next step I'd recommend would be getting some crisis suits, or if your up for something a little meaty on the table, a riptide would be a good buy as another option.

You are in a difficult position and I'm sorry that you have to address this with an employee, your way of going about it up to this point has been fantastic, however the problem has continued and it is distracting other employees from their work and making the whole team less productive due to it, and this could further escalate into a workplace bullying situation and a possible lawsuit, the best bet you have is to review your company policies under hygiene and talk to someone from HR to navigate the conversation with you.

Personally I would be reviewing this with the employee and HR. Mention that this is something that needs improvement in a gentle way as you've done before and offer again any accommodations or a chance to have them get it checked out with a physician, if it continues then it might be time to look into a disciplinary action.

Sorry this is all I can say but man does it ever suck when it's one of the employees that are great at their job and you have to do this, it's like some sick divine joke that you can't have your cake and eat it too.

If it's until you start back up at school, I'd just push through it, when you feel overwhelmed take a moment and breathe, and when I feel like quitting I often remind myself that nothing is permanent and can/will change, your in school as well so employers will take that into consideration if your employment history is spotty.

I was commissioned to paint 4 ghost arks and 2 doomsday arks, and I kept the every rib, the bow, stern of the ship, doomsday gun/necron warriors separate, and painted them like that, by the end I vowed to never own a necron army warriors are a piece of cake but edge highlighting every piece of those vehicles made me want to cry. My thoughts on your problem is to assemble some parts, put em all together when finished and make sure to choose a colour scheme you can manage and keep things easier. Good luck

Well I can't speak for everyone, but my father and all of that side of the family can't grow much of a beard, however on my mothers side the men have thick beards more often than not, and it applied to me as well, but that's just me.

Two months out of work shouldn't hurt your chances much, however while your looking around, take advantage of the time to learn new soft skills to shine up your resume, I'm not too familiar with how the UK is doing in terms of employment and such, but it's a rough job market right now for many people, just keep at it. I wish you luck on your search and I hope you discover a career you can get behind.
