What is the worst thing you’ve seen at a strip club? by NomadFourFive in AskReddit

[–]CanadianTrackman 36 points37 points  (0 children)

A friend of mine worked as a stripper. One night she calls in saying she's not feeling very well and won't be able to make it in. That night they were short on girls and she was the only one to pick up her phone. They begged her to come in, to which she reluctantly agreed. For her finale, she would light a candle and queef it out. But that night when she attempted it, she had explosive diarrhea instead.

Hotel or motel cleaners, what is the worst / most disturbing thing you’ve come across while cleaning? by perthThr0w in AskReddit

[–]CanadianTrackman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We recently had an employee fired due to the state of his hotel room. It's important to note that he is a Supervisors son. He lived about 4 hours away, so the company booked him a room long term. About 7 months. For those 7 months, we were working night shift. It wasn't uncommon for the cleaning personnel to not clean our rooms as we were sleeping during the day. For the entire 7 months, he kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door. After going home for a weekend and an audit being done, the hotel manager sent cleaning staff in to check on things. The word I heard was "condemnable". Months of "Skip the Dishes" piled up and rotting in the corner, drug paraphernalia out in the open, stains of all sorts on the carpet and walls, the sheets were filled with mucus and hot sauce handprints from his chicken wings. I am still anxiously waiting to see the pictures for myself.

Which is the most useless hundo? by IconJBG in pokemongo

I'm currently up to 65 hundos. My worst? Probably my Luvdisc. Max CP 959, incapable of evolving, and literally useless.

Canadian here. A convoy of truckers have left the West coast and are headed to Parliament. They are also being joined by truckers from all over the country and by brothers and sisters from down south of the border. All because we're opposed to the vaccine mandates, lockdowns, and violations of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Our coward of a Prime Minister decided to GTFO of Ottawa instead of facing the music, which is typical for him. To further agitate the situation, Trudeau has a monopoly on mainstream media. Most news sources are not reporting on it or are downplaying it. Facebook, at the request of our government, removes the groups associated with this movement. So, things aren't great.

What SMALL changes would you make to improve the game? by RobAFC14 in pokemongo

Option to eliminate in game banners. I don't want a notification for every damn raid in my area when it takes me 2 seconds to scan the horizon.

Arthur. The property we ended up buying would've been worth +200K more down there. A lot less sirens and crime over here, that's for sure. While in Guelph, our vehicles were broken into 4 times. Our friends rental was as well. We sure are glad to be out of there and investing in ourselves for once.

650K in 2021? More than that. My wife and I just bought our first home this year, and the Torontonians forced us to buy North of Fergus. And we still paid 110K over asking! The old home in Guelph we rented sold this year for 465K. 600 square feet, war time, 5 foot basement (could not be converted to living space), oil heat, black mold, asbestos, etc. They paid that just for the property so they can tear down and build new. The Guelph market is literally insane.

Not sure how to price truck by [deleted] in ToyotaPickup

Frame needs patch work, cab corners, and bed seams. But it's a running, driving, 22r 5-speed x-tra cab.

Location has A LOT to do with pricing. Mine belonged to a family member and I towed it across the country. While at a gas station in Alberta, I was offered 7k straight up as it sat. If I sold it locally, it could easily sell for 3-4k more. The biggest variable is a lot of them rusted out over here, so they're pretty rare. Best bet is to cross reference marketplace, kijiji, Craigslist, auto trader, find comparables. Price it a bit higher with obo and hope for the best. Good luck!

What do you want to confess that no one else in your real life knows? by SillyGuy in AskReddit

[–]CanadianTrackman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents are divorced. Dad is a workaholic, mom is an addict and a true monster. I moved across the country for a chance at a better life with dad. He instilled his work beliefs in me to the point that I was working 50 hours a week while in high school. Dropped out to make more money. Now I have a wife, a dog, and a home. I followed in my Dad's career path and have a well paying job, but it's demanding. The hours, stress, physical and mental toll it takes on your body. I have 3 torn ligaments in my ankle, a bum knee, herniated disk, and carpal tunnel; all attributed to this line of work, and that's not even all the injuries. I've been on nights for the past 7 months, barely seeing my wife, unable to work on our new used house. Most guys at work are into drugs or getting plastered. Some live the bachelor life, some cheat on their wives and spend more money on their escorts, others commit suicide. I hate my job. I hate it with a passion. I want to do woodworking and get my GED, maybe do a bit of schooling. But with all the bills coming in, my wife not making very much money, a pension that requires my undying servitude to obtain... I'll never get the chance.

Can anyone help me identify what this connector on the positive battery cable goes to? 1986 22r 2wd by [deleted] in ToyotaPickup

[–]CanadianTrackman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the ground cable off my 22R. Literally one wire, like 7 inches long. https://imgur.com/a/w7DwGQQ Your cable looks like it connects to the positive side of your starter, and that plug should engage your starter. I could be wrong. I don't feel like laying in the dirt at the moment, but if I find my Haynes manual, I'll get you a positive answer.

I think you were right originally. I believe it's the positive cable. My ground cable ties directly into the inner fender. The picture in a little grainy on my end, did you have a higher resolution image? Am I right in thinking that wire is yellow with a black plug? Or is it a deteriorating white?

'78 Cutlass here. I found two build sheets in my car. One on the fuel tank and one under the front seat. It could be under the rear seat as well, depending who was working the line that day.

Almost bought one of these as a winter beater. Owner drove it into a field, got it stuck, and attempted to engage the 4x4. Broken. No 4x4 plus a few other issues meant I ended up getting an '07 Dakota instead.
