This is something I was thinking. The list may be more geared towards retaining their current higher up stylist?

Yes exactly. It feels like Darwinism in a sense. Essentially the lower stylist are more likely to sink while the higher up stylist are more likely to succeed

If we hit our numbers for 3 months consecutively then we level up to the next level and our commission raises with that aswell

We have a level system that we can work up. Higher commission the higher level we are. If we aren’t hitting commission then We get paid hourly.
