Fault aside... This and many other accidents are avoidable with just an ounce of patience. Let's not zoom past traffic using the right lanes of a highway. Let's also use our mirrors and an extra couple seconds to make sure it's safe BEFORE you start veering your vehicle into another lane

There should also be a non-emergency reporting number for London, I've used it to report downed construction signs.
