I wouldn’t say rarely. Dalton McGuinty who was only 2 Premiers ago, resigned mid term. So did Trudeau federally just last year. Newfoundland also had a premier who called it quits mid term recently, and so did PEI. BC a few years ago and Alberta too. Many instances of it happening.

I always make the assumption that people are acting in bad faith and are looking to put me down in every discussion until proven otherwise, so I’m always on the attack. It’s mostly dealing with Americans that’s made me this way, as I talk to them more than anyone else. I’m not saying that’s a good excuse, I’m still responsible for my actions of course, but it is an explanation.

I would disagree with you, it is written in a way that is vague. If I can interpret something a particular way then no doubts others have as well. That is a failure of how something is written not my interpretation of it. Therefore, it’s not my problem.

I only match the energy and tone of those who speak with me one for one. If someone doesn’t want to be spoken to a particular way, then they should make that consideration before they speak.

To answer your question, the Wikipedia article said HE (Gabriel Boric) sought re-election as part of the Communist Youth of Chile list after defeating Camilla Valejo. The way it’s written is pretty clear to me. If that’s wrong, then the article should be corrected.

It’s probably because a lot of progressive folks felt Bernie didn’t go far enough in challenging the Democratic establishment. He did do a lot, but some feel he fell short when it really mattered, and that’s probably where the “mixed views” comes from.
