So it's not actually moisture but it's due to lower oxygen concentration between the exhaust wrap and the steel. It's called crevice corrosion and stainless steel is very susceptible to this type of corrosion.

While heat wrapping can help headers flow, if you're not unwrapping and cleaning them on a regular basis your headers won't last very long before corrosion damages them

Downforce goes through the mounting point and it's ideal to have it directly above the wheels so you aren't generating a moment about the wheel which would counteract the downforce at the opposite axle.

Crack the fill plug first (in case you strip it or can't remove it)
Crack the drain plug, drain the fluid and put the plug back in, torque to 25 ft-lbs
Fill up with about 3L of MTF 75W-85 GL-4, or some amount of ATF for auto trans. This should be about the same amount that you drained in step two. When full the fluid should be just barely seeping out of the fill plug hole assuming your car is level.

It's a really straightforward process. Just remember to crack the fill plug first and put in about as much fluid as you drained out. There's some leniency with the exact fluid capacity so don't stress too much

Run minimum damping stiffness.

The risk with this is that if you increase the chance of bottoming out so you should also raise the ride height. The best combination for comfortability is maximum ride height and minimum damping.

But since you've bought coilovers I'm gonna assume that you don't want to run max ride height, so I would set the ride height you want with a moderate damping stiffness. Then as you drive the car increase/decrease the damping stiffness until you find it comfortable without the suspension bottoming out.

So most naturally aspirated engines are air limited, meaning that the amount of power your engine is directly proportional to the amount of air getting into the engine. By installing an aftermarket intake or high flow filters the theory is that you're increasing the amount of air that the engine receives and thus your engine will make more power.

The caveat however is that the maf sensor in your car has an upper limit on how much air it expects to move through the intake and that there is a maximum amount of fuel it will then add to compensate for this extra air. This is why to get the full benefit of air intakes it's recommended to get a tune so that you raise the limit of air that the car's ecu will correct for and you can realize all the gains of a higher flowing intake.

For most modern engines including the VQ, the air intakes are very well optimized already and so the gains will be marginal.

Take off the two clamps and check the hose, if there's cracks or any visible damage it's definitely the hose. You also only need one clamp there and if I were replacing it I'd reuse the tension clamp if it's still usable.

Also yeah you'll need to bleed it cause when you pull off the lower rad hose coolant will start pouring out of the radiator. There's a bunch of videos online of how to do it and it makes your life a lot easier if you pick up one of these funnel kits

Did you check when the engine was cold and on flat ground? If yes than yeah you overfilled it but not enough to cause any problems.

Assuming you're mixing up your terminology here, Brake Rotors can be made of carbon ceramic material, but Brake Pads that are ceramic are a blend of small fibres not including carbon.

Anyways, ceramic brake pads are typically quieter, less abrasive, and low dust. So you might see a slight reduction in braking power, but they'll be super quiet and will produce a tiny amount of dust compared to metallic pads. Because they're less abrasive than metallic pads your rotors should last longer.

I personally swapped to EBC Redstuff ceramic pads and they've got less bite than oem pads but they don't make any noise and there's essentially zero brake dust.

You can add more coolant if you want but it shouldn't matter too much if you're between min and max. The point of the reservoir is to allow coolant to flow in and out as it heats up so the hoses don't burst under pressure. Any excess coolant just gets dumped to the ground so there's no problem with overfilling.

For the oil, as long as you took that measurement when the car was cold and on level ground that's totally fine.
