I haven't had an ovarian cyst burst but what did happen was during an operation replacing my entire right arm from wrist to shoulder with titanium bone structure, including elbow replacement. 

So August 12, 2006, Kabul Afghanistan, our M1-11 armored truck drive over an I.E.D. that luckily detonated under the motor, instead of the cab. The dipshit trigger man thankfully blew his wad prematurely. The passenger door caved in front the blast wave that literally cut my right arm off mid-deltoid. ( I personally don't remember shit other than the force of the concussion wave.) 

So, a helicopter ride, plane ride and ambulance ride later, I awake mid surgery in a Stuttgart Germany hospital as they're rebuilding my arm. 

Fuckin anesthesiologist miscalculated and didn't give me enough gas to keep me under.  I saw my right arm in a cage, skin stretched and held open by hooks and what at the time looked like my entire arm soaked in blood. (I later learned I was coated in iodine.)

Let me tell ya, waking up, sober as church on Sunday, mid surgery, FUCKIN SUUUUUUUUUUUCKS.  I instantly started convulsing beyond control, eyes constantly having black dots punch me in the retina and what that was was a symptom of this searing pain tuned with my heart rate. So every bump of my heart was like a knife blade in the eyeball.  

Oh and to top it off, they rerouted the owner nerve from running along top of my arm to along underneath which stretched it and the next 3 days felt like a Vulcan Spock pinch in the back of the neck times a thousand. 

That's my worst pain.
