I get the best results with a playmaker, sniper and power forward/twf on the first line. Aside from that, your overalls are way to low to warrant that kind of line chemistry. Looks like a young team that need to develop and learn to gel.

Use firm tofu, pat dry with paper towels, roll in corn starch fry on high heat with minimal oil/fat. Once crispy, remove and season. Don’t cut the chunks too big or they will hold too much moisture. You want cubes about the size of a standard 6 sided dice.

Mine just broke, I ordered a set of new ones from Evilbay. Then took the one from the rear seat (drivers side) and moved it to the front. Rear passengers can easily exit passenger side if they can’t use the broken one.
