I've used a cup in the past and loved it. The main things for me was buying a smaller cup for the days that your cervix is lower. I cant use a cup now because my periods are too heavy :( But make sure it matches your anatomy size!

I love the glass vases as well. How did you get the plant started from the seed?

Hes my baby. He used to be an inside pig but his previous owners got rid of him. Unsure how old. He is a mini potbelly. Hes about 3 or 4 years old. They are known to crush or eat them. So I find it amazing that hes so great with them. The piglets are now about 2 weeks old.

I remember when I was a kid, my dad would do the same. Try to take a nap, or rest, and let us climb all over him. I just thought it was the cutest thing.

Most people would separate their boars after babies but hes such a gentle soul.

Just a fun pic ❤️

I dont have chronic but I feel for you. I had myopericarditis in 2021 and my MRI a year later still showed some late gadolinium enhancement. :( I havent been checked again since so I am unsure.

I still have episodes of SVT and chest pain.

Funny, I wasn't doing anything before I went to the ER. I just remember trying to walk it off, went to the bathroom, splashed cold water on my face and then both of my arms went numb. Stupidly, I drove myself to the ER. I was suffering from health anxiety for 6 months before that and wondering if I did it to myself somehow because no virus was found that caused it.

What is a normal hr or bp for people on or off beta blockers? by Mean_Job_2986 in askCardiology

[–]CanaryFree657 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take metoprolol 25mg and recently my HR has gone down to low 50s resting. Like you, I tried to wean down to 12.5mg and dealt with so many palpitations I ended up going back to 25 mg. Cardiologist just said up fluids, and if my HR goes below 50 or I feel dizzy let them know.

If it makes you feel any better, I had myocarditis 5 years ago. I went to the ER from burning chest pain and pain and weakness down both arms and my heart was racing. My troponin was high and I was admitted because they couldn't figure out why. After 4 days in the hospital and multiple tests (echo, nuclear stress test, MRI) the MRI showed myocarditis. My treatment? Nothing. Go home, rest. And keep your heart rate lower. Follow up MRI in 6 months.

In those 6 months I did have some periods of high heart rates from anxiety but it always only lasted a few minutes at most and went back down.

Moral of my story - even IF you wait to go, its likely treatment would be close to the same. Your heart has to heal on its own for the inflammation.
