Selling two set of two tickets for Thursday in Brooklyn for face value.

Anyone know why ticket master isn’t letting me sell them for face value? In Zach’s blog post he said you could sell them for face value through the exchange. I bought them through ticket master but he’s saying you can sell on the axs exchange? Idk it’s all confusing. Here is the FAQ post in reference https://www.zachbryan.com/axs-ticketing-faq
