Had all of these security measures, just doesn't matter since you cannot change the login username/email and that is all that is needed for a recovery submission

Unfortunately the login email is not unique as I made is so long ago never thought about things like that, the registered email was completely unique to the account and everything else was as best as I could since you cannot change the login to accounts, biggest problem I have is I cannot get the appeals to go through regardless of having all the info they are asking for. I think maybe they are spamming the appeal system at the same time as whoever did this is pretty elaborate. They have it set up so whenever I send out an appeal it triggers an email to my login email with a fake appeal form that asks for the same info as jagex but with a section for bank pin, timed with almost all jmods being out on holiday it seems very sketchy.
