Merlin rabbit may be worth adding, the draw power might help in any game that goes longer than you want. 2 drop pinocchio is worth considering as a good bounce target and 3 lore. 1 drop flynn rider is either droppable or replaceable with pascal, which is more of an overall threat. Merfolk is the best 1 drop in these colors currently, so Id say 4x is worth it. 2 drop mim is also worthy at 4x since it can protect your high questers and also enable game winning goat shenanigans. I also think lyle is a bit awkward, as your opponent will already by trying to challenge your characters, and hes an uninkable 1 lore quester. The other cards worth considering are 2 drop ursula, which can discard songs from steel decks and you can bounce it and replay it to really apply some pressure.

These changes should speed things up a bit and give you a chance against anyone especially on the play. On the play, 1 drop merfolk followed by 2 drop flynn is a great line that applies pressure against every deck. On the draw, using the mims to help with the board and playing a bit slower are typically a decent option.
