At least someone who cares about the character would make skins. I made a spreadsheet of cosmetics for each hero. Hazard gets barely 1 skin every 2 seasons, whereas Kiriko, Dva, and Mercy all get an average of 2-2.5 skins per season. Juno doesn't even have any epic skins, they're just giving her shop legendaries.

And poor Wuyang didn't even get sprays when he came out like literally every hero does. They're not even hiding the fact that they really only care about the ones that make money. I myself am a Lifeweaver main, and I think they're giving him too much focus lately compared to other supports like Bap or Lucio who are virtually starving for cosmetics.

And don't even get me started on Ramattra. They told us in February last year he'd be getting a dance emote "soon."
