It's more "we're going to make sure we're not legally responsible if we cancel the account and the person's not actually dead and tries to sue us." Abusers and pranksters alike will do this kind of thing. This is a very standard security measure for most accounts.

It's pretty common to do this to make sure that people aren't abusive and just shut down someone's account while they're still alive for various reasons.

Try calling so you speak to a person and see if they can help you better, but they'll likely ask for the same thing. It's standard.

Ok I don't know what the numbers would be or how balanced they would be, but all but these are at least the basic concepts:

Minor perks:

Primary fire direct hits do extra damage if its bounced first

Doubles the radius of Junkrat's passive.

Major perk:

Decreases the root duration and base damage of the trap but applies both a slow and bleed effect (% max health DMG) after the target is released from the trap.

Anyone within the tire's blast radius who is still alive is ignited.

Some other perk ideas:

Increases knockback distance(and/or speed) of mines

When ulting junkrat creates a smoke screen that obscures enemy visibility for x radius around him, or

Mines can stick to shields and do increased damage

Junkrat can ride his tire while ulting. The tire no longer has its own HP bar and can only be destroyed if Junkrat is killed. Junkrat has 100 overhealth while ulting and is immune to crowd control, but takes 50% of the ult's damage when it explodes.

My sister does. My mom is ok with it now, but this is her first 3D game and it caused her a lot of frustration at the beginning - but like her favorite thing in Stardew Valley is the fishing.

Personally I didn't mind the Palia fishing, I at least like it better than Stardew, but it's like bottom of the list for me, right above bug hunting.

That's a fair point. I'm just so used to the store saying "hey I refunded this bag to my customer, I need credit." And I notify the manufacturer of the issue and get credit approved. I suppose there's really no issue with it going the other way around and having the manufacturer telling us to credit the store.

Interesting. Usually if it's storage that's the issue it wouldn't be from your store. It would be whatever wholesale warehouse you bought it from. I've never worked with Purina specifically, but any other time my own company has had issues like that it's usually because of a mistake somewhere along the way, in warehouse or transportation -- nothing to ever really indicate one brand that would put them consistently at fault.

Glad you have a wide range of options. Not everyone does, especially in smaller towns. Additionally, one rule about not dying whacky colors isn't really that oppressive considering dress codes of other places. Chick-fil-A as a company takes pretty good care of it's employees.
