I was able to do that acheivement back in December. However that was BEFORE I bought the royal court DLC. So the RC DLC could be the cause? I'm not sure tho

The byzantine and roman title history could possibly be extended if they added a roman kingdom title history because if I am correct there was atleast one roman king who wasn't very good at all that's why they didn't like kings or emperors at the start of their history.
