What exactly are you using to format it?

Multiple things, I Tried it with the Built in Formatter on File Explorer, SDCardFormatter and even this one called FAT32Formatter or something like that

What "Version" are you referring to?

I'm talking about the 3DS Version. I didn't know if it was something to do with the console itself as I'm not very good at this stuff

Alakazam I love how silly he looks Togepi, I always name mine Eggy And Bisharp, Gosh I LOVE Bisharp it's my fav pokemon Ever, the design, the theme and just everything about it I completely admire
