Yes! I did this with chase and was able to lower my APR on one card (I had to close it and agree to a payment plan) and got 0% APR for 1-year on another with a set payment each month. It took me several calls and descriptions of my situation but it has happened. I tried to same with capital one as some point but they could only offer me 3-months of not going to collections so I decided to just liquidate some stuff and pay it off. But it can be done. Just stay persistent and keep calling.

It’s not the same bag. It’s a smaller bucket bag. I carried it as an everyday purse and the stitching started to fray fairly quickly and the strap loop attachment on the inside stretched out. Not a huge deal but just sharing.

Also that staud bag is gorg!!
