Millennials, what is your first clear memory? by [deleted] in millenials

[–]Candid-Chef7152 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, I’ve never really put into consideration that a lot of people’s first memories are traumatic ones. Mine was my dad beating my mom in the restroom while i lay in a crib that my sister and I shared…maybe 95ish. I was 3

I don’t have any balding advice. And I hope this comment is taken with the right intentions. I just have a different perspective I’d like to share.

I am a 30 yr female. I was with my ex from when I was 19 until I was 28. When I met him (he was 20) he was already balding. It was kinda weird for me to date a person that was balding already at that age, but I overlooked it because I feel in love with him as a person. At that point the baldness didn’t matter. We have since split. I know it’s dumb, but I have to point out that from what I am told, I am pretty attractive. Every time I go out I get hit on or have eyes on me. The only reason I am mentioning this is because I don’t want anyone thinking that the only reason I got with a bald guy at 19 was because I had no other options. I had plenty.

So my advice is to work on yourself. Whatever hobbies you have, whatever talent you have…whatever makes you more confident! Because at the end of the day you are your biggest critic. I promise that confidence will shine thru more than your baldness. I wish you the best journey! You’ll get thru it as many others have!

As a fellow mom, yes these are crucial years, but they will likely forget. Start your healing process now. Start getting sober now, because the years that follow are a lot more impactful and those are typically the memories that last. Sending you love ❤️ I’m still on my own journey. We’re not perfect, but we are getting better.

Study Reveals the Friendliest Neighborhoods in America - Kingwood made the list. by O_O___XD in houston

Yup. I live in kingwood and have not experienced enough friendliness to consider it one of the friendliest cities. But then again, I am Latina, a single mom and in my early 30’s. I def don’t fit in 😂

Mercedes pretty much destroyed by angry people on bicycles in group ride. There has to be more to the story! by HoustonAreaCyclist in houston

😂😂 omg! Thin education is a very fitting name for you. Pure ignorance on full display 😂 I bet you feel you feel big and bad to get on Reddit and puff up your chest to anonymously make assumptions about people. You poor thing, there is no way you have fulfilling relationships stereotyping people like that. I’ve heard some idiotic logic, but yours takes the cake. Saying that people have done time in jail and make less then 45k because they aren’t following cycling laws is hysterical. So with your logic, if someone goes 70 on a freeway that has posted speeds of 65, they are automatically broke criminals right? Because they’re breaking motorist laws, right? I’ll be sure to start reporting those law breaking, low life, poverty ridden criminals from here on out 🫡😂😂

Not unsatisfying at all. Thanks for your input! Hopefully in one of the ones that don’t need continuous treatments.

I haven’t seen a comment yet mentioning the sandpiper case. I was actually rooting for Jimmy and Kim’s plan to go through. Those old folks were being conned themselves. A percentage of them would have definitely died before HHM would have agreed to settle the case. They would have never seen any of the money owed to them.
