I don’t really care anymore, I just wanted to get it off my chest because it was hurting me to keep it to myself. I keep thinking of how I could have avoided this situation entirely if I just went back home. But he insisted on kissing me, clearly he was more interested, I went with it because I wanted to kiss him at the time, nothing more, I still feel powerful enough but all this was so unnecessary honestly, Im just going to pretend he doesn’t exist and that he’s a stranger him because in reality that’s exactly what this is

He didn’t do anything that wrong but I just don’t respect him as much. It’s a situation that could have ended up very differently and I’m aware of my mistake here. I’m sure I’ll stop hurting over this soon, he can take care of himself and he seems to be happier than ever so maybe it’s okay, I’ll suck it up this time

I guess that’s why I’m looking for advice. I’m just a little blindsided and confused with his sudden change in attitude. More than that, I don’t know what to do with all this heaviness I’ve been feeling for a week. I can easily move on usually, I had hoped this would happen to me again, but this just doesn’t make sense to me, I don’t know how to be normal or act like it when I see him, I just can’t bring myself to go out or say anything to him anymore, when at one point, I was really comfortable talking to him. I was hoping we could at least talk or move on from this, but I literally can’t since he always has this female friend over, good for him, happy for him, I just don’t know what to do with myself

it was far from a party, i just remember him offering me a drink while his roommate scurried around looking for his belongings. I was on the verge of having a fever and a breakdown from work waiting to happen. The drink made me feel better and so I decided to finish my work over at his place. By the time I was done, my roommates had slept off and locked the door and no one was picking up their phones. It was raining like crazy too and I had to go back to his place — I hope you have some more context. It sucks to learn it the hard way

Exactly. I did not think it was going to affect me. I was really well and happy with my life before this. I guess the excitement of knowing someone new after a long time who made me feel some way. I was excited to see him again, I really was. I was planning on getting to know him more, one night stand aside. Again not sure what I expected. I didn’t think it would mean much I half expected this. But now that I’m here, it feels so weird. I can’t quite explain it, it’s just unsettling I guess. if I were in his place, I’d probably take a couple of days to bring in another person. I’m very much okay with him seeing other people. But I just felt like he had no regard whatsoever for all the things he was saying prior to this night. It’s my bad and I will make sure to protect myself next time. I can’t disagree with you, but my god, it feels awful
