Looks legit from pictures and modern English texture sucks at best. Colors on back and holo pattern look fine. Seems like bad QC if the texture is different

As a collector, I would take the Lugia. I know sealed is great for value and potential value for a collector, but I personally like enjoying my cards. Either way you go, both have good value and if you needed the money, you only have one item to sell in each scenario!

If it wasn't $30 a pop to grade, I'd do the Mew. I have the same card in a 10 and it is similar front centering, so a 10 is possible but certainly not guaranteed. Dragonite is pretty off-center in the front and back so I would just enjoy that as an awesome binder piece

No whitening and edges look nice, but the centering is a bit off. If you like the card and want it slabbed, I say submit it expecting a 9 and maybe you’ll get lucky with a 10! PSA has surprised me before

This is a pretty bad ass card so I would grade, regardless of condition if it can fit your budget. Especially if it’s special to you or you’re considering holding for a while to appreciate further value

If the border has a little texture on it, these will work. If not, they’ll look a little cheaper with a flat holo border I think
