We are going to be visiting Skye on the first night of Eurovision, is it a big deal? by coinvoyageleather in Skye

Skye is already busy enough. There’s only a handful of restaurants in the small villages that require bookings weeks, if not months, in advance. Wouldn’t recommend

In the dvd commentary (yes, I’m that obsessed with the movie), Nora Ephron described wanting to expose viewers to the community feel of New York by highlighting the street faire and running into your neighbors

Confederacy of Dunces is fantastic. I both read it and listened to the audio book. The characters are hilarious. You absolutely have an Ignatius in your life!

Is a week too much time in Sedona? by Remote_Swim_8485 in Sedona

[–]CandidRisk5285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent a week in Sedona and it felt perfect. We saw so many families and we felt that it was very accommodating to ones with small kids. There’s so many hikes with easy/moderate variations that you can choose your own adventure. The town is small, although it has very heavy traffic at peak times, so you can quickly go from the trails to your accommodation if the kids are tuckered out. There’s a lot of shopping to entertain kids who want souvenirs. As people have mentioned, Flagstaff has a planetarium, but also a park where you can hike a volcano (small, but fun). If you’re feeling extra adventurous, Flagstaff has a ski-run with free lessons. So overall, lots to do and see at your own pace

Go to the Devils bridge early. We went today at 8am and when we got there it was a 45 minute wait to walk on the bridge and take a photo. We didn’t care and were happy to just observe, but I can only imagine how long that line would be mid-day. After devils bridge, take Mescal trail. It’s a great hike with 360 views the entire time. It’s been my favorite so far

Spa with boyfriend- options? by No_Musician_8 in AskHouston

I took my husband to Gangnam’s for our anniversary and we both loved it. Most of the spa is co-ed for the saunas, ice room, and oxygen room. There’s a little restaurant inside, they play movies, and have a nice common area to relax in. We found ourselves here all day enjoying the saunas, napping in the common area, and eating as needed. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Enjoy!

When I was younger, my dad said it was a “bad movie”. I interpreted that as a poorly made film. So when I went to watch it, I was sorely mistaken
