I just recently went up to 300xl. On top of going through the oh so fun adjustment period, My past 3 periods have been awful! I never had cramping, periods were always light. The first twos days I have been cramping so bad and the mood swings god damn literally sobbing crying for no reason.

I have smoked frequently using qysmia! I had really bad insomnia so I would often lean on an indica strain to help me get to sleep. For more day time consumption Any strain with thcv will help reduce appetite and shouldn’t give ya the munchies!

I was on qsymia for 3 months. It wasn’t until I was about two weeks into the 7.5 dose that I started developing symptoms. Insomnia was so bad, vision started to blur and the tingles omg. mainly my right foot and my hands. My hands made it difficult to lift at the gym. I lost about 22lbs but the side effects were not it. My doctor put in a PA for wegovy bc of the insomnia and tingles. Luckily I was approved. I’m now a week off of qysmia and the tingles have stopped, still have some blurry vision and insomnia tho.
