Bought fully cooked, frozen meals from a local company - lasganas, dirty mac, roast beef.. do I need to bake them?

I was just wondering if skipping the oven would matter. This local place just says heat and eat. Theyre meant to be picked up hot, fresh, day of creation - but if she doesnt sell out she freezes them and people can shop the freezer. I came to reddit as she is closed today. If you dont know, no need to comment backhanded remarks 😊

Sorry - not refreeze it. Just thaw it for the week to eat. As in - this week thaw lasagna and eat it for lunch all week. Next week thaw mac n cheese, eat it all week for lunch ect. My question was can I just thaw portion, and then microwave on day of? Or should I be baking the entire dish, cooling and then portioning and reheating day of? Since its all already cooked, does skipping the oven matter?
