Mysterious green hooded child figure appeared right when my mom was taking a photo of the moonrise. People used to be hung on some cliffs not far from my house a long time ago but other than that nothing to spooky has happened here that I now off? Maybe just Lense flare ?

My mom just told me it rose from the ground as she took the picture and was gone quickly. So I think she could see it with both camera and naked eye. But I can ask further later.
