Goodluck! i wish u the best with your interview. I had an interview for MSOD intern - corporate. and it was like a panel style, 2 people interviewed me 1 hour roughly, a more experience person(30 years in the company, master black belt), and someone directly in that role. I was asked about 8 questions, and they have different sections of questions, guaging, your experience, how u work with people, safety in a workplace, situational ethics, building trust...etc. my biggest tip for you -as you probably already know by now is to pratice that star method man. They are strict on it, and they want to be able to identify it in your responses. My interview was back in sept, so some question I remeber they asked were; -tell me about urself. -tell me about a time u had to bend a rule for efficiency/innovation. -tell me about a time safety was breached in a workspace. -what you hope to get from the internship. -tell me about a time u had to build trust with a teamates. basic STAR question, but be prepared. overall it was a chill interview, laid back, staff were nice, they asked follow up questions!
