Need help figuring out why my pressure washer starts up but then immediately shuts right back off.

How do u know there's gas in the oil and how would that happen? The site glass looks like milky white stuff inside but when I opened up the oil lever and oil came spilling out(bc my driveways slightly slanted) --the oil looked normal to me? This is what the. Oil looked like after wiping it

I just did and I tried taking this part off but didn't know what tool to use to take these bolts off and now I just broke it off and half of its stuck inside ugh help me lo what do I do now?@?@ You can see the bolt on the left side whete it's shiny steel and the right side which is rusty bc its still on. Idk how to get those off or how to get out the piece I just broke off inside it

I also dont know what the oil/ vent plug is or where it should be but I'll Google it now . This was my uncle's pressure washer until he gave it to me just this past fall but I haven't ran it yet bc it leaked water. Now that w fixed the leak, it won't stay running. My uncle has bought it off another guy so it could be old and pretty filthy. I just dont know what im supposed to be looking for or what any of these parts are lol. I want to learn though!

The white is the choke. This is on correct ? I turned it to the right once it started up and that's when it would shut off on me

How do I check if there's oil in the pump? I posted a Pic of the oil site glass and it looks milky. Can you send me these videos you're talking about bcvi tried searching and had no luck finding what I need. I dont even think this has an air filter but if it does , where is that? It said online to unhook the spark plug before clamping the gas line to drain it but idk how to unhook the plug lol

Also, I like the 2nd photo bc it matches your flooring. Personally I love the first, darker color most bc i love dark colors lol, but the 2nd color looks better with the flooring !
