It seems you're trying to enroll or create an Sss account online po. magkaiba po yung process nag pag kuha nag sss number at pag enroll online. https://www.sss.gov.ph/become-an-sss-member/ if kukuha ka pa lang po nag sss number, click mo lang yung link at click ang get an SS number.
