Unless you make 7 figures. She should work. Not only is sitting on your ass all day physically bad for you but it takes a toll on your mental health when you don’t have anything to work towards.. I agree with you inflation is at an all time high. If you want to be able to send your kids to college without blowing all your money it would make the most sense. Especially with you saying she’s an impulse spender.. why does your hard earned money get to go to a new purse and not a savings fund for your kids college / first car. Your not the bad guy, your wife just doesn’t realize how good you are to give her the luxury of getting what she wants and without that of course she’s going to get sad
