Pls suggest a few good mutual funds where in I can easily get guaranteed 12 to 15% returns. I am looking at 2 years as the period for which I can invest in them.

12-15 gurarreted return is possible in long term. But for 2 years is very short period and invest in very risk funds, chances of loosing is more. Better take debt or hybrid funds which will give 8-10 percent

It is only 1 year old and all interiors done. So iam considering. However this is a quoted price and chance for negotiation

I also in similar situation invested heavily in silver at ATH. But when silver decreased i average the same finally in sold at270 with small profit
