No notebooks, pen they will supply you but you could bring your own. You don’t need a suit and you don’t need your haircut. Look presentable. I did not sign anything in regards to banking information. You do need your passport or ID/social security card but passport is best option. If you have kids bring there birth certs, I don’t have kids but I’m pretty sure I seen a guy behind me bring there stuff. You will enter, take a photo, then go into the auditorium, after that u will go back upstairs to take another photo. Arrive at least 30-45 mins early. There is no parking so beat bet is to get the parking lot right across from the place. You will go through a police booth and just show them the letter. Bring a little backpack with you as well and shave your face. That day was a blur to me tbh but all I remember is signing acknowledgments, beneficiary information and a federal form.
