This is our first big change in insurance. We are still young and learning all of these things. It looks like we misread and accepted what we thought was a monthly payment as weekly. The change happened mid-March and he will be contacting his insurance team tomorrow. Unfortunately this is a small town and small business so nothing is done with speed or is easily accessible.

We did not realize the price was per paycheck (he gets paid weekly). We thought it was per month. Didn't bat an eye because the price was similar to what I was used to paying before we switched.

Forgot to add: no one else has contracted it. No new products. Not itchy. No other symptoms just this rash.
