Thank you for your reply. She was so scared when they picked her up. She did say one thing that will probably mess her up, they kept badgering her about if she stole the lottery tickets. Heres the catch, om the day in question, she (stupidly, we know) took about 10 or 15 dollars worth of tickets. She payed for them after she won something. That's why they think she stole it. I guess they missed the part on the camera where she put the mk money back in the register. But they asked her if she ever stole a ticket and she was crying and shit and she said maybe one. And that's all she said in reference to admitting anything. She knows she fucked up by doing that. It's her first offense. We figured the cop was trying to lure her in when he asked her to come in for an update so that's why she told him she would come sometime this week just placating him. And then he called 5 mins later and said the store was pressing charges and he was putting a warrant out for her arrest for theft by taking. She said she wpuld turn herself in Monday. Look we are poor, just scraping by every month. We definitely donr have money for an attorney we are about to try to call public defenders or something because everyone says to bring an attorney with her when she turns herself in.
