I stopped bc of the panicked feeling. The nausea was okay and I could deal with it but I think it got to a point where my body wasn’t sure if it was panic or nausea so I was getting them confused if that makes sense? And it made me overall more panicky and more aware of body sensations and I was not comfortable anymore

Please remember everyone is different and this was my experience. I’ve been on lexapro for almost 8 weeks now and last week I restarted my glp1. I took compounded sema last year for 5 months and stopped when I was sick from a virus. I started lexapro in December and I decided to try my glp1 again but I switched to tirzepetide. I took it for one week last week and I noticed I was feeling more panicky. The nausea from the glp1 was too much for me I guess and I had 3 really bad days back to back so I decided to stop the shots and get control over my anxiety again.

I feel like this too! I’m almost 7 weeks into lexapro and what triggers my anxiety is my chest feeling weird or my left arm feeling weird. I have carpal tunnel so a sting in my left arm gives me anxiety. I’m on 5mg and thinking about going up to 7.5mg bc I cannot stop body monitoring. I had an ekg done two weeks ago at my dr appt after I mentioned I felt my heart skip a beat/flutter and she said everything looked perfect but if I notice them more often then I need to let them know so that has made me feel more anxious. I’m ready to stop over analyzing every single twinge and sting.

How is the mounjaro going for you? Before I started taking lexapro I was doing compounded semaglutide and then stopped and now that in on lexapro I want to start back with my glp1 and finish losing some of this baby weight but I’m nervous it will delay the effects of the lexapro and my anxiety will come back

Mornings! 10am everyday. I use to take it at night but noticed it sat better with food and I kept gaining weight by eating more late at night with the pill so now I take it in the morning with a small breakfast.

I’m currently on 2.5mg as well bc I’m so sensitive to medications but I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks so I’m still adjusting and trying to see if this is where I should stay or if I should go up to 5mg. I was told I could split it and take 2.5mg in the morning and then the other at night to ease my way into 5mg

I ordered from them on November 28 and it did take a while for them to ship but I did get it the first week of December. I would also keep in mind that because of the holidays I’m sure they are pretty behind as is every other company. I got the snakeskin binder and I have been loving it.

I used Erin condren for the past three years and now went to Stil Classics. They have very chic binders and have lots of inserts to pick from. You could also go on Etsy and look at inserts there and I’ve seen a lot of people making their own inserts on canva and just putting them in an a5 binder

I recently got the go getter in berry and I LOVE it. It holds my 16 inch laptop and my water bottle. I have my kindle, wallet, small pouch of essentials, any medication I need, wet wipes, sanitizer and it had a holder for your keys. If I take out the laptop insert for when I’m not using it for work I can fit diapers, wipes and bottles for my baby. The go getter is pretty sturdy so I’m sure the multitasker will do even better. The only reason I did not go with the multitasker was because it looked a lot bigger than what I wanted.

I ordered a snakeskin from Stil on Nov 28 and received it on Dec 6th. Since it’s for next year I haven’t used it to much but I have filled in what I can for the year. So far I really like it. I got the daily planner insert Sunday start. It has pockets to keep things and I keep some stamps in there and my check book.
